Community Event: Introduction to Ballroom Dancing

Join us for a taste of ballroom dancing with instructor, John Polasko. Ballroom dance can decrease blood pressure and cholesterol, improve cardiovascular health strengthen weight-bearing bones, help prevent or slow bone loss related to osteoporosis, lower the risks of obesity and Type 2 Diabetes and promote increased lung capacity. Besides, it is a lot of fun!

Try the introduction and then join us on the 2nd - 5th Saturdays of the month to learn more of the basics or take your skills to the next level with our ballroom dance classes. Could be your date night or opportunity to meet new friends. We hope to see you on the dance floor. Saturday nights will start out with lessons at 6:15 and then an evening to practice what yo learned from 7-10.
