The Amputee Center improves the physical and emotional health of the limb loss and surrounding community. 

• The dedicated indoor space and equipment enables prosthetists, therapists, fitness instructors, behavioral and other health specialists to hold classes, events and meetings. 

• The center provides the opportunity for all community members to learn more about limb loss and limb loss prevention through a variety of interactions. 

• The center is a central information hub for limb loss awareness, resources, classes, events, and financial assistance.

• Amputees, family, and friends can schedule time to meet socially to encourage knowledge sharing and camaraderie.
